One of the shops that I love to visit is Versona! I usually pop in at the Mt. Pleasant store and spend an hour just looking around, getting styling ideas, and trying on so many great looks!
I decided that maybe I should share some of the things that I see on my adventures out and about. I know that so many of us love to see what is available but unfortunately are not able time wise to pop in like I am.
Versona always has such wonderful accessories! Here are a few purses that caught my eye while I was there! These are all fabulous summer looks, but with our weather, there is still plenty of time to get plenty of use with them for this season.
This one is the perfect accessory for those summer neutrals! I love the handles! It will go with just about anything!
This one is a rainbow of colors! Just right for a quick trip out when we don’t need to take everything we have in our larger purses.
I am not a huge fan of the clear purses, but I can really get on board with this one. LOL – I love the tan and black. So fabulous with my fall fashions just in case I go to a football game.
Living in the Lowcountry, we are all about the ocean and seashells. This purse so reminds me of seashells that I have collected through the years. I just love the lines and those handles.
Doesn’t this one just make you smile? It’s fun and happy! A perfect size, and I adore the colors!
I am not sure of the reason behind my bag binge that I am on, but I am constantly falling in love with them. Now if I just had enough money to buy them all and then store them! Not sure how many of these are still there, but you can bet that I will be revisiting to check and hopefully bring one home with me.
While I was there, I also found a few new dresses which were definitely calling my name! The first dress I found is an sleeveless leopard maxi dress. The style is a seamed tier, and is lined as well as being machine washable! Hello!!! This dress is speaking my language!
Oh, and btw- animal prints are still going strong! However, I would still be wearing them even if that wasn’t the case! I just love them!
I love the sleeveless style of the dress, but I do enjoy pairing it with a jacket for those moments when I need a little more coverage and when the inside air conditioning is on the chilly side.
I paired the dress with a white and black hat and black pumps! Simple and easy!!
After taking the walk on the wild side with the leopard I decided to go with stripes because I love to go bright!
The next dress is not a wrap even though it looks like one. I love the v-neck and the diagonal stripes! This one has long sleeves and the cutest ties at the wrists. I love the skirt of this dress with the wraparound hem and a ruffle. It has a matching belt in the same material, but I switched it out for the cream belt.
Navy pumps and a white chapeau with white sunnies and a small straw bag complete the look.
Stripes were catching my eye for sure during this visit! Bright and never going to be invisible in this dress! Again the stripes are on a diagonal, and are easy to wear! The v-neck is the perfect canvas for my bright colored necklace! The sleeves are a great length as well.
I switched the belt out for a pink belt for the contrast and added the straw bag with pink pompoms for a little pop of color!! My hat is a vintage red straw hat from Smack in Nashville!! I did not realize until later that I had accidentally left my red reading glasses on during the shoot! My husband said that he thought I meant to do it!! At least they matched my look!
If you have not visited Versona yet, you definitely need to put it on your list! I guarantee that you will find something there that you will want to add to your wardrobe!
I promise that I will do another Version post soon where I focus on the fall looks that are already in the store!! You are going to love them!!!
